A strem starts here from a cave under the church. This is a very nice picnic area. Remains found here show the site was used in Neolithic Times. Return back along the road and take a steep road on the downhill to a steam and an old stone brigde. Cross the steam and go along the path below a farm building. This path has lots of flowers and huge stones. Go through a gate and turn fist left downhill to the main NIKASI-KALIVA road. Turn left and when you reach the steam you can visit a TURKISH FOUNTAIN on the right, at the side ot the stream. Continue along the road back to NIKASI. The fountains were built by Greek/Albanians during the Turkish occupation in the 19th century.
