Many athletic and cultural events are held eyh summer in Aedipsos, including tennis and beach voleyball championships and dance performances by Greek international groupes during the Aedipsos Festival.
Active, outdoor type individuals will find in Aedipsos all the facilities they need to enjoy their favourite sports: tennis and basketball courts along with football grounds. Sea sports are also well represented: water and jet skiing, surfing and sailing. As for fishing enthusiasts, they will find a good place on the docl or even a small boat to hire. Scuba divers will discover a most promising seabed and hunters will find plenty of game in the area year round, as the Hunting Association has recently enriched the fauna with pheasant, partide and hare.
